Antique salesman sample model of a J.I. Case threshing machine, manufactured by the J.I. Case Threshing Machine Co. of Racine, Wisconsin.
The highly detailed model is constructed primarily from painted wood with cast-iron and additional metal hardware. It incorporates miniature wheels, pulleys, belts, gears, conveyors, pipes, and other carefully rendered components representing the machinery of a full-size agricultural thresher.
Original J.I. Case branding remains visible, including the company’s historic Old Abe eagle trademark and the J.I. Case Threshing Machine Co. name. Finished in silver gray with contrasting red mechanical elements, the model would have served as a portable demonstration and promotional tool for dealers or sales representatives.
