this refined and cleanly shaped table lamp (type 41120) dates from the 1950s in czechoslovakia and bears the signature of the prestigious centre for folk art production (úluv). The architectural concept of the entire fixture is built upon an elegant wooden base composed of slender, delicately tapered legs supporting a subtle circular rim. Set into this base is a generously proportioned central tube made of white opaline glass. The interplay of warm natural wood, a milky diffuser, and a vibrant color detail lends the object captivating visual dynamics and the typical organic charm of the mid-century era, while the milky glass ensures a uniform and soft diffusion of warm light without harsh shadows.
