Resting on four elegant cabriole legs, it impresses with the quality of its precious wood veneer and its rich marquetry decoration.

The drop-leaf top features a delicate, lively village scene, executed in marquetry of various wood species. When opened, it reveals an ingeniously designed interior comprising a central mirror, two side compartments, and two drawers in the front, providing storage for sewing accessories, jewelry, or toiletries.

The drawer fronts are adorned with radiating floral marquetry and embellished with bronze handles. This refined piece elegantly combines functionality and fine craftsmanship, and would be perfectly at home in a bedroom, boudoir, or living room.
