Each piece features a spectacular high-relief decoration composed of fantastical mascarons with expressive features, surrounded by scrolls and stylized plant motifs. The lower section is finished in a luminous turquoise glaze evoking undulating movement, contrasting harmoniously with the honey-brown and deep green tones of the upper section.

The modeling is powerful and sculptural, revealing high-quality craftsmanship typical of late 19th-century French production, in the style of the Onnaing or Orchies manufactories.

A highly decorative set, ideal for a Napoleon III, eclectic, or Art Nouveau interior.
