Stunning large midcentury decorative box in a dark red bakelite and bamboo. This lovely piece was designed by Tommaso Barbi in Italy in the 1980s. This elegant box has a square base in a stunning bordeaux bakelite, top is also made in bakelite and enriched with bamboo decorations. The contrast between the dark red bakelite and the amber bamboo make this item incredibly charming. An amazing piece to enhance a Mid-Century style project.
