Signed on the base.

The green is what this piece is about. It sits almost black in the thick foot, opens to a clear bottle-green through the walls, and then leaves the glass entirely: the crown above is colourless. Base and crown are a single gather, so that shift is a gradient inside the material, not a join between two parts.

The foot is worked to read as turned earth and the crown as the plant standing out of it, which is where the series takes its name. The raw, frost-like surface on the petals was left exactly as the glass came off the mould.
