The light, geometric construction combines chromed metal with Indian rosewood elements and a large smoked glass top. A distinctive detail is the series of circular aluminium inlays set into the rosewood crossbar.

The glass top is raised above the frame on metal spacers, giving the table a light, almost architectural appearance despite its generous dimensions. A striking combination of cool chrome and smoked glass with the rich, expressive grain of dark rosewood.

An original period piece, preserved in good vintage condition with natural signs of use consistent with its age.
