the top is made of white marble with green veining and rounded corners.

the rounded uprights of the piece are a continuation of the legs, crafted from a single piece of walnut from top to bottom.

the motifs are carved in relief.
a scalloped and carved band decorates and connects the legs on the front and sides.
storage includes one drawer and one cupboard with matching gilt brass knob handles. The cupboard is lined with white earthenware designed for a chamber pot. This louis xv bedside table is in excellent condition. The wood is sound and robust, and it has been treated preventively against insects. The marble has some discreet scratches but no cracks. A matching bed is sold separately.
