Produced around the mid-20th century (circa 1940s–1960s), this distinct silhouette mimics classic Venetian shield designs but features a stylized, heavy gesso-molded top cap typical of American and Italian decorators of the era. The glass itself features delicate wheel-cut floral sprays at the top and is secured to its backing frame via three prominent decorative rosette rosettes/screws See less
