These elegant earrings, featuring beautiful Jade inspired green glass, date from the 1920s. They were most likely made in Czechoslovakia.
Condition Report:
Very Good - The filigree detailing on one earring is ever so slightly mis-shapen and a cabochon at the top of one earring has a small scuff. These flaws are consistent with age and use and do not detract from the overall appeal of the earrings.
The Details\.
These earrings are constructed from silver tone metal. They feature marbled green glass beads and cabochons, which are intended to resemble Jade and is sometimes referred to as Peking Glass. There is filigree detailing to each earring and suspended from this on delicate cable chains are glass beads. The earrings are for pierced ears and attach to the ears with hooks. Each earring measures 7cm x 1cm.
