A richly figured Italian chest, fully veneered in patchwork olive burl with dramatic movement and variation across the front, sides, and top. Campaign-style hardware lends a tailored accent to the compact four-drawer form. The finished back allows the chest to float in a room, where its sculptural burl surfaces can be appreciated from multiple angles. Retains its original finish.
