Crafted from solid copper and finished with a rich, full gilding, the figure sits in the cross-legged lotus position (Vajra) atop a highly detailed double-lotus base.

The Bodhisattva is depicted with a serene, downcast expression, wearing an elaborate, multi-pointed crown featuring a small figure of Amitabha Buddha at the center front. The figure has four arms: the central pair are clasped together at the heart in the Anjali mudra (gesture of prayer), symbolizing the united wisdom and compassion. The outer right hand holds a crystal mala (prayer beads), representing the continuous recitation of mantras, while the outer left hand holds a blooming lotus flower, symbolizing purity. The robes and base are intricately incised with floral and geometric patterns. The back of the base features a detailed Dharma wheel flanked by two deer, a classic Buddhist symbol representing the first turning of the wheel of Dharma. This beautiful, weighty piece is perfect for a home altar, meditation space, or as a peaceful decorative accent.
