An antique blue and white transferware plate in the “Texian Campaign” pattern, featuring a detailed central military scene surrounded by an ornate border of floral elements, scrollwork, and martial trophies.
This is a handsome and unusual decorative plate with strong display presence. The historic subject matter, richly detailed transfer decoration, and beautifully aged surface give it the kind of character that works especially well in a study, library, cabinet, or blue-and-white collection. The creamy ground has developed attractive age toning and patina over time, which only adds to its charm.
The reverse bears the “Texian Campaigne” mark. At approximately 10.75 inches in diameter, it is an excellent size for shelf, easel, or wall display.
A striking antique transferware piece with a lot of visual interest and a warm, time-softened look.
Wood display stand included.

Extensive fine glaze crazing, natural age-related toning, and scattered discoloration, particularly on the reverse, contribute to its authentic 19th-century character. One small old chip to the underside rim, clearly documented in photographs. Minor surface wear consistent with age and use. No major structural cracks observed. The blue transfer decoration remains attractive and well-defined. Black display stand included. less
