This specific presentation prototype served as an executive display model for Hongkun USA Real Estate Development prior to the high-profile legal battle and financial default of the project (Ref: 339 River Road Partners, LLC v. 339 River Road Holdings, LLC, Hongkun Group USA Holdings Corp., et al., Decided August 2025).

Crafted with precision photo-etched brass components mounted on a reflective glass mirror base, housed in a black wooden frame. Front brass plaque features: "HONGKUN 339 RIVER ROAD" with corporate script logo.
