Invite joy and prosperity into your home with this delightful vintage bronze sculpture of the Laughing Buddha (Budai). Crafted with intricate high-relief casting, the figure features a wonderfully expressive, laughing face and a prominent, round belly—traditional symbols of happiness, abundance, and contentment. He stands triumphantly holding a large gold ingot high above his head, a classic representation of attracting wealth and good fortune. The piece is beautifully detailed with vibrant red and dark blue polychrome accents on his flowing robes and a beaded necklace. He rests upon a textured, sack-like base. Finished with a rich, warm gold gilt and a naturally aged patina, this substantial and cheerful statue is perfect for welcoming positive energy into an entryway, living room, or home office.
