The vessel features a pristine white ground decorated with vibrant underglaze cobalt blue. The main body is dominated by a dynamic, ferocious dragon winding its way through stylized, scrolling clouds. The dragon is depicted with intricate detailing, including prominent scales, sharp claws, and a sweeping, flame-like mane. The shoulders are further decorated with smaller, stylized dragon heads and cloud motifs. The lower section of the vase is framed by a continuous band of upright lotus petal lappets. The unglazed base reveals a natural, slightly orange-tinted finish with visible wheel-throwing marks.
