Antique 19th Century Victorian wall mirror fashioned from an original oak horse collar. The richly toned oak frame retains its distinctive elongated teardrop form and has been adapted to accommodate a shaped mirror plate. Decorative brass fittings follow the contours of the collar, while a series of original style brass hooks are positioned around the frame. A striking example of Victorian equestrian material reimagined for domestic use, combining rustic charm with decorative utility, ideal for a hallway, boot room, dressing area or country house interior.
