The chairs are constructed from solid beech wood in the Greco-Roman Neoclassical taste featuring a lacquered finish with an intentionally weathered patina. The chairs have elegantly tapered and gently sabered legs with linear carved reeded details. The chairs are finished in a hand-painted and hand-rubbed dark parchment-toned finish to complement the original silk Damask fabric. The upholstery appears to be original and should be replaced.
