the elaborately constructed extension mechanism is particularly interesting: when closed, the table appears compact and round. The integrated metal rail system allows the tabletop to be pulled apart, simultaneously splitting the central frame. This creates two separate, stable t-shaped legs.

the table comes with two separate extension leaves. This allows it to be used in several sizes as needed – from a cozy round dining table to a spacious table for family and guests. The extension leaves can be stored separately when not in use.

a particularly beautiful detail is the architecturally designed base with its vertical slatted or grooved structure. The softly rounded edges of the tabletop and base elements lighten the solid piece of furniture and emphasize the organic character of the design.

the tabletop is made of glued solid wood slats with a vibrant, natural grain, numerous knots, and a warm, honey-colored tone. Sturdy metal rails and tension clamps secure the individual tabletop sections to the underside.

condition: good, used vintage condition with signs of age and use. The wood surface displays a beautiful, naturally occurring patina and a few minor marks. The construction, extension mechanism, and insert leaves appear complete and stable.
