Magnificent Scandinavian teak sideboard designed by Johannes Andersen for the Danish manufacturer Samcom in the 1960s.
A charming piece of furniture that immediately captivates with its elegant lines, beautiful proportions, and the warmth of its wood. The sculpted handles, the delicate curves of its front, and its attractive base, which lends it a sense of lightness, are particularly noteworthy.
Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this sideboard offers ample storage with eight drawers on each side and two central sliding doors concealing several shelves. A piece as practical as it is elegant, it's ideal for organizing dishes, linens, or everyday items.
Its warm-toned teak and meticulous finish make it a timeless piece, equally at home in a contemporary interior or a vintage setting.
A truly beautiful example of 1960s Danish design, combining charm, quality craftsmanship, and functionality.
Good overall condition, with some slight signs of age which contribute to its authenticity.
