A grand French Provincial style high-back bench featuring a subtly arched, ebonized wood frame, a rich woven cane back, and elegant turned front legs. Recently professionally reupholstered in a plush, textured white bouclé, it offers a sophisticated contrast between dark woodwork and tactile modern fabric. Frame is solid, stable vintage condition with minor surface scuffs/paint wear consistent with light use. Cane backrest is intact with no breaks or sagging.
This imposing bench brings architectural height and refined European style to an entryway, dining table, or living room anchor.
