A pair of elegant teak spindle-back chairs designed by Erik Fryklund for the Swedish manufacturer Hagafors in the 1960s.
The chairs feature a black lacquered solid ash frame and a teak-veneered seat.
The minimalist, delicate design is distinguished by beautiful details such as the striking horizontal shape of the upper backrest support and the curved front edge of the veneered molded plywood seat. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution
