The design is characterized by its remarkable proportions, with the broad, almost weightless glass disc contrasting beautifully with the substantial vertical brass element. The softly translucent glass has a warm ivory tone and a gently sloping surface that extends outward from the central brass cylinder. Its subtle saucer-like profile gives the lamp a distinctive floating appearance, while the exposed central bulb emphasizes the simplicity of the construction. The combination of delicate murano glass and aged brass creates an elegant balance between materials and forms.
