Scandinavian coffee table from the 1950s and 1960s with a rectangular teak top, brass inserts, and tapered beech legs.
A very light Scandinavian coffee table: a rectangular teak top with rounded corners, featuring small circular brass inserts above the legs, rests on four tapered beech legs without crosspieces. The absence of intermediate structures and the thinness of the top express the quest for simplicity typical of Swedish design in the 1950s and 1960s. The light beech complements the warmer tone of the teak. Good condition. May show signs of wear. Please refer to the photographs carefully.
