Original watercolor on paper by Danish artist Lise Honoré (b. 1940), dated 1969.
An abstract composition entitled “Thailand”, created from hundreds of short, dynamic brushstrokes in vivid shades of blue, green, red, orange and yellow. The rhythmic arrangement of colorful elements creates a light, almost shimmering visual structure.
The work is signed and dated in pencil “Lise Honoré – 69” in the lower left corner and inscribed with the title “Thailand” on the right.
Presented under a passe-partout in a slim gold-tone frame.
