It is new and remained folded since it was acquired, which created folds in the fabric. It was decided not to have it ironed prior to offering it for sale in order to keep it in new condition and not risk its getting damaged or stained. It will need ironing. The material is cream coloured and is embroidered in gold-colour silk thread and in white silk thread. It is rectangular, made of cotton linen and measures 96" x 60". This tablecloth comes with twelve matching linen napkins. The Tals Ghabani has double the amount of embroidery than the regular Ghabani and requires more hours of work to complete the design. It is valued at more than those which are sparsely embroidered and have more of the linen visible than the embroidered area. This table cover is a Tals and the whole area of the top is covered with embroidery., although the pastel embroidery colours blend in with the linen colour and have less contrast than darker linen would display. But it was folded and wrapped for protection from dust. It has visible folds that have not been ironed so as to preserve its new condition and not risk getting it stained or burned. The buyer must have it ironed. It will then appear as brand new. The eight matching napkins are also new and were never used. They will also require ironing, perhaps to have them folded neatly. less
