They are … Read more I really like these bookends and would probably keep them however our bookcases are full to the max. They are brass on top and wood on bottom. These bookends being made of brass and wood are quite heavy so shipping will need to be considered when purchasing them. A slightly higher amount of shipping charge ($10.00) has been added due to the weight. They were made in the 1950's and are 6.5 wide, 6.25 deep and stand 8 inches high. I found them while shopping in the cutest antique store here in Boise, ID. See less
