The texture on this Mid Century pottery was acheived by the artist "pinching" the clay. The glaze is amazing! The colors are in the gray tones with a hint of pale greyed aqua on the bottom. The top part has a darker grayed aqua in the recesses of the "pinched" texture at the top of the vase and the interior of vessel.

Tom McMillin graduated from USC with an MFA in Ceramics, taught at Cal State Northridge, and has exhibited in many different museums across the country. It was produced in the 1960s and is in perfect condition with no chips, cracks or marks of any kind. The interior is pristine also.

It is 11 5/8" tall, 8 1/2" in diameter on the top part and 5 5/8" in diameter at the bottom. See less
