Artist's Notes/Description: The phrases are strategically centered on the canvas so that the words run together, creating an abstract form as well as a message. The text is difficult to read so that the viewer is held there to decipher it and experience the piece as a pattern that contradicts the meaning of the words. This painting is part of Artist Tony Curry's typography series. His art has been compared by top art critics to be "Wool with a splash of color" Signifying the brilliance and similarities in creativity as Christopher Wool.
This painting was inspired by legendary Folk Musician Pete Seeger who Tony personally knew during his residency in New York.

Artist Review(s)
"Tony's work is remarkable and captivating. It brings character to a room and simply attracts you to his pieces, wanting more. We have had great joy working on a collaborative event with him for Art Basel, and personally appreciate his artwork and support him. We love his theme of feminine beauty with a pop of color, and hope that we can be able to work with his pieces in the future. We're looking to buy a collective art piece of our own in the future!"
