This cool vintage hand thrown Studio Pottery Pitcher has amazing texture. The brown glaze is thickly layered over the white giving it a sense of spilling over both onto the outside and the inside. To some extent the design reminds me of a cow and I wonder if this was designed with milk in mind. It also has the look of a Palomino Pony fur. That said it works in any organic space. and looks perfect on a shelf as much as it does on your table.
It is signed DEA with possible an S on the end. There is a number 5 etched on the bottom as well.
