The tall screen is composed of four hinged panels, each crowned with a gracefully arched top and framed in wood with decorative fabric trim.

The front showcases a magnificent continuous composition depicting a lush bouquet of flowers arranged in a golden urn. The elaborate arrangement includes blooming roses, peonies, irises, chrysanthemums, and delicate wildflowers, painted in a vibrant palette of pink, red, yellow, blue, cream, and green. The flowers emerge from a richly shaded background, transitioning from deep earthy greens to softer atmospheric tones, creating remarkable depth and visual interest.

The floral composition is painted on a leather-like surface with a beautifully aged, crackled finish, adding texture and authentic antique character. The reverse is covered in decorative floral-patterned fabric, while the edges are embellished with traditional ornamental trim. Each panel measures 16 inches wide, allowing the screen to fold easily for versatile placement.

The antique French screen is in excellent condition commensurate with age and use, retaining its rich colors and charming patina. Perfect as a decorative room divider, behind a sofa, or displayed flat against a wall as a large-scale floral artwork.
