Very decorative surrealist painting by French artist named El Kalo.
This ey catching and interesting piece of artwork clearly depicts one wonderful painting by this brilliant artist who is inspired by Pablo Picasso and Herve Di Rosa. Completely abstract, employing expressive lines and exploring the boundaries of collage, shading, texture and color. He is a self taught artist from Sete, France.
It is by its colors and his gypsy culture an eminent representative of this pictorial movement so typical of the South of France.
His cheerful and colorful work is not as naive as it might seem, it must be observed carefully to soak up its quality, unique and very personal message.
