Unlike mass-produced uniform glassware, every glass in this trio features its own distinct wheel-engraved motif, including a majestic forest stag standing in wild flora, a bird in flight over marshlands, and a partridge resting among tall grasses. The finely detailed clear bowls sit atop classic olive-green stems adorned with stacked triple-beaded knops and wide footed bases.

Dating back to 16th-century Central Europe, Roemer (Römer) glasses were traditionally crafted for drinking German white wines from the Rhine and Moselle regions. Mid-century German glassmakers elevated this classic form by hand-etching intricate hunting, game, and woodland motifs onto the clear bowls, contrasting beautifully with the vibrant green baluster stems, making each piece a unique work of artisanal glasswork.
