An antique late 19th century American “New Juno” Victorian banquet oil lamp having an outstanding hand painted and beautifully bulbous paneled shaped floral base, gilded cast iron filigree base, hand blown chimney and it's original brass burner and parts. It is high style Victorian elegance of the late 19th century meant to be displayed in your Victorian parlor with pride.
It was part of a circa 1895 Victorian household in old New Orleans lower garden district. Very atmospheric and romantic to say the least and would be a lovely addition to any period, traditional well appointed home.
Has not been electrified and has all its original oil burning parts.
These are becoming increasingly rare to find in this state of preservation.
