This is a nice quality deeply brilliant cut glass 8 inch diameter round bowl with a simple and plain 800 silver rim made by H. Meyen & Co from Berlin, Germany which was in business from 1846 - 1950.
The bowl and rim are in nice vintage condition with minor nicks and flakes which blend in because there is so much pattern. I have not polished the rim but it should polish easily and I will do it for you if you would like me to.
