Large sculptural burl wood bowl with a smooth interior and an exterior that is both softly polished and naturally gnarled, highlighting its organic, free-form character. From certain angles, its silhouette suggests a duck or even a shoe, giving it a wonderfully whimsical presence. The wood is a deep, rich brown that appears almost black from a distance, while the interior reveals striking light and medium brown tones that come alive in the right light.
