This gorgeous art pottery has long been a favorite of Weller collectors. Offered here is a brown "Louwelsa" jardiniere measuring 9 inches in height to the ruffled edge with a diameter of 9 inches at the widest part of the bowl. The jardiniere has a spray of hand painted tulips and is artist signed with the initials of, what appears to be, William Hall.
