Maione's art has been widely exhibited internationally, and his paintings are highly collectible. Maione is known for his evocative landscape paintings depicting both American scenery and international countrysides. This piece depicts very tall trees along a river with a person admiring the grandeur of the trees around them. It is signed in the bottom right corner 'Maione.' It is also marked on the reverse 'Wooded Road by A River 1976'. It's professionally presented in a thick wood frame with an antique gold painted finish.
