We are selling this stunning American tonalist style oil on canvas landscape. This moody lanscape has great composition and color tones to give that feel of dusk or dawn in the mountains on a camping trip. The painting is well done and signed George Burroughs Torrey 1920. Torrey was mostly known for his portraiture but shifted to landscapes later in his career.
Condition: Antique condition with some surface wear and some minimal paint flaking and light sings of restoration. May be re-lined.
