A minimalist and elegant mid-century abstracted composition that distils the essence of a tranquil seascape into a beautifully restrained arrangement of form, light and atmosphere, executed in oil onto canvas.

Two simplified sailboats rest quietly upon still water, their dark hulls and slender masts emerging from an expansive field of soft ivory. A delicate burst of luminous colour behind the vessels hints at the first light of day or the gentle glow of a setting sun, creating a subtle focal point without disrupting the painting’s meditative calm.
