This is an impressive vintage king-size oak headboard featuring a richly distressed warm brown finish and substantial Old World styling. Features four raised wood panels, numerous turned spindles, heavy turned posts with finials, and gracefully shaped upper rails.
The design blends Jacobean, Spanish Revival and Mediterranean influences, giving it a strong architectural presence. The oak grain and intentionally aged/distressed finish add considerable character. Numbered 310-969 on the reverse. Includes adjustable metal bed-frame mounting brackets as shown.
Solid and sturdy with cosmetic wear consistent with age and style.
