The chair features a beautifully sculpted faux-bamboo hardwood frame with an elegant warm walnut-brown finish. Its distinctive open back is formed by an intricate intersecting X-lattice, framed by gently curved bamboo-form rails and arms.

The substantial frame is elaborately articulated with raised bamboo-joint details throughout the arms, back, legs, and lower supports. Gracefully tapered legs and curved structural elements beneath the seat add to its sculptural quality while maintaining a refined, lightweight appearance.

The chair is upholstered in a sophisticated chartreuse/golden-yellow textile, complemented by matching piping and loose, generously proportioned boxed seat cushions. The upholstery label identifies the textile as 70% mohair and 30% cotton, with the chair marked Made in Italy and imported through Exclusive Import/Nigro Upholstering Co., Philadelphia.
