The Pink Moon is April's full moon, its named relating to wildflowers that bloom in early spring.

I scout these moonrises in person, then work from memory and reference back in the studio to capture the color and mood of that particular night. The moon this night did have a pink glow coming over the hill and reflecting onto the Delaware River.

About my work:
I'm a visual artist with a BFA from Laguna College of Art & Design, where I majored in drawing and painting, working primarily from life and the nude figure. My work is inspired by nature, my everyday surroundings, and a collection of old photographs. I show in galleries and exhibitions in addition to selling directly from my studio.
