"Midsummer in the River Valley" is an original oil painting, depicting a leisure cruise on the Delaware River during Victorian times. This painting is part of an ongoing series exploring the history of my area through vintage photographs and imagined scenes.

About my work:
I'm a visual artist with a BFA from Laguna College of Art & Design, where I majored in drawing and painting, working primarily from life and the nude figure. My work is inspired by nature, my everyday surroundings, and a collection of old photographs. I show in galleries and exhibitions in addition to selling directly from my studio.
