Chinese Chippendale style bamboo altar or console table, c.1940’s
Having a slender elongated shape, it features a black lacquer top, with winged ends, below which is an intricate geometric latticework base. The scrolled fretwork is all intact, recently glued joints for ex tea sturdyness. Would make a great hallway or entry way table. Good overall condition with age wear to the lacquer top.
