Vintage 1981 Peter Max lithograph of Bluegrass Pegasus—a soaring winged horse in fiery orange-red against a teal sky with clouds and rainbow arcs. Hand-inscribed “for Victor + LUBA — Love Always Peter” and signed “MAX 1981.” The dedication is believed to honor Victor and Luba Potamkin, the well-known New York Cadillac dealers of the era. Classic cosmic Pop Art energy in a framed presentation; a colorful, collectible piece with personal studio-era inscriptions. Made in USA.
