The silverplated mount features a generous curved handle, hinged domed lid with thumb lift, pouring spout, and perforated strainer.

The original screw-top glass cooling chamber remains with the pitcher. Designed to be filled with ice, it chills beverages without allowing melting ice to dilute their contents—an ingenious feature for serving lemonade, iced tea, water, wine, or cocktails.
