Italian wastepaper basket model 4670 by Gino Colombini for Kartell, 1970s
Wastepaper basket Model 4670 with a cylindrical shape, made of red plastic. The structure features smooth, continuous walls, with a circular top opening and a simple, slightly rounded rim. Its regular and compact form allows it to be used not only as a wastepaper basket, but also as a storage container or umbrella stand. The outer surface is uniform and undecorated, with a simple line running along the entire height of the container. The base is flat and allows stable placement on the floor.
Produced by Kartell in 1970s and designed by Gino Colombini. Logo on the bottom.
Vintage condition, with signs of age. It shows scratches, light abrasions, and signs of use, more evident on the inner upper rim.
