The top is made of 'macchia vecchia' marble, known for its distinctive veining that adds an element of sophisticated elegance. The apron is adorned with incised foliate decorations, which continue along the cabriole legs, imparting a classic dynamism to the entire structure. The legs feature a spiral movement typical of the period, enriching the piece with a sense of artistic fluidity. There are some losses of gilding and a missing part on the left foot.
