Both tables are solid, sturdy, and completely functional.
Structurally sound. All of the leaves hold strong in a level position when pulled up.
No cracks, breaks, etc...
Very minor chip to the front corner of one of the drawers (pictured).
Other minor age related wear may possibly be found in the way of small surface bumps, dings, or scuffs ~ Or a little extra very minor cleaning up may possibly be needed.
Overall tables present nicely with authentic charm, and are ready to use now!!

Tables measures roughly 20.5" wide compact and 35" long with the leaves opened up, 22.75" deep, 27.5" tall.
